Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you’ve ordered from dronegearshop.com. However, if something isn’t quite right—whether it’s a change of heart or a product issue—we’re here to help.
Please start by contacting our Customer Service team to arrange a return. To help us process your return quickly, we ask that you keep all original packaging intact whenever possible.


Standard Return Policy

You may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your product, provided the following conditions are met. Returns are handled according to the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
For issues arising after this period, please contact the manufacturer directly regarding warranty support.


Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Within 30 days of receipt, for items in new and resalable condition with no signs of use or damage.

  • Within 30 days of receipt, for items with a verified manufacturing defect.


Returns Cannot Be Accepted If

  • The request is made more than 30 days after delivery.

  • The product is missing original accessories, components, or packaging, or shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is not provided or appears altered.

  • The issue resulted from unauthorized modifications, misuse, liquid contact, exposure to foreign materials, or improper installation.

  • Security seals, serial numbers, or warranty stickers have been tampered with.

  • Damage is due to external factors such as fire, flooding, lightning, or other uncontrollable events.

  • Other situations outlined in this policy apply.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is initiated by the customer for non-defective products, return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will cover return shipping costs.


Refund Processing Time

Refunds are issued using the original payment method. Processing begins once we receive the returned item and is generally completed within 5–10 business days. Timing may vary depending on your financial institution.


Special Cases

Free Gifts
Any complimentary items included with your order must also be returned. If not returned, their value will be deducted from your refund.

Bundle Purchases
Refunds are available only for the complete bundle. Individual items from a bundle cannot be refunded separately.

Care Refresh Plans
A full refund is available if the plan code has not been activated. Please contact info@dronegearshop.com.

Membership Plans
Refunds are available only if the membership has not been activated. Once activated with the third-party provider, the plan becomes non-refundable. Please contact info@dronegearshop.com for assistance.

Gift Cards
All gift card sales are final and non-refundable.

Personalized Items
Custom-made or personalized products may not be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective or faulty.


Replacement Policy

You may request a replacement within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The product does not match its stated description.

  • The product exhibits a performance failure or manufacturing defect.


Replacements Will Not Be Provided If

  • The request is submitted more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Valid proof of purchase is missing or appears altered.

  • The product is missing original parts, accessories, or packaging, or shows user-inflicted damage.

  • Inspection finds no defect in the product.

  • The issue is due to misuse, unauthorized modification, liquid damage, or improper operation.

  • Tampering is evident with labels, seals, or serial numbers.

  • Damage resulted from uncontrollable external causes (e.g., natural disasters).

  • No carrier-verified proof of shipping damage is provided.

  • Other cases specified in this policy apply.

dronegearshop.com covers two-way shipping costs for replacements related to performance faults or errors on our part.
